Hello, I’m Dr. Keerthy Sunder and I’m so happy to welcome you to the Resiliency Challenge. Remember that this is the first step you can take to permanently heal from the symptoms of trauma, anxiety, PTSD and stress. Meditation will see you through tough times and many life changes, keeping you sane and grounded and real. Life is challenging enough; you never know what will arise next and only when your mind is clear and focused can you make the best decisions and transform yourself into the person you want to be.
